Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage:
We ship all over India.
Delivery Time:
Tamil Nadu – 2 to 4 days
South India – 3 to 5 days
Other states – 4 to 7 days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 may apply based on location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹40 handling charge.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email to track your package.
Incorrect Address:
Please provide the correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect details.
Undelivered or Returned Orders:
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
